تنبيه هام: يؤدي حذف الحساب إلى مسح كافة بياناتك وسجل عملياتك ورصيد القصات المتوفرة نهائياً من خوادمنا ولن تتمكن من استعادتها لاحقاً.
ما هي البيانات التي يتم حذفها نهائياً؟
- بيانات الملف الشخصي (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، اسم المحل).
- كافة أكواد التفعيل ورصيد القصات المسجل بحسابك.
- سجل العمليات والطلبات وسجل ربط الماكينات عبر البلوتوث.
- إلغاء ارتباط الماكينة المسجلة بحسابك وإلغاء صلاحية الوصول للتطبيق.
طرق طلب حذف الحساب

من داخل تطبيق AntPro مباشرة:
افتح التطبيق ← التوجه لصفحة "الملف الشخصي" ← الضغط على "حذف الحساب" ← تأكيد الإجراء.

عبر البريد الإلكتروني المعتمد:
إرسال رسالة من بريدك المسجل في التطبيق إلى فريق الدعم لمعالجة الطلب خلال 24 - 48 ساعة كحد أقصى.

Important: Deleting your account will permanently wipe all your account data, cut balance, and machine link history from our cloud servers. This action cannot be undone.
What data will be deleted?
- Personal profile information (Name, registered email address, phone number, store details).
- All cutting credits, top-up history, and redeemed QR codes.
- Machine pairing history and Bluetooth device linkages.
- Access credentials to the AntPro mobile platform.
Ways to Delete Your Account

Directly inside the AntPro app:
Go to "Profile" → Tap "Delete Account" → Confirm deletion.

Via Support Email:
Send an email from your registered email address to our support team. We will process your request within 24–48 hours.
